Training Update

Week 20

22/05/09 - Turbo 65mins in Endurance HR zone. Included 4 sprints of 1 minute and 4 sprints of 30 seconds 5 minutes apart. Felt pretty good.

24//05/09 - Turbo 50mins in Endurance HR zone. A killer. struggled to get HR up and keep it up through the whole session.

Week 21

22/05/09 - Turbo 60mins in Endurance HR zone. Included 4 sprints of 1 minute and 4 sprints of 30 seconds 5 minutes apart.
